Building Tomorrow's Leaders

Through peer counseling training, leadership workshops, and community engagement projects, we're empowering the next generation to become mental health advocates in their communities.

Healing Families Together
Mental health challenges affect entire families, not just individuals. Our family-centered approach provides support, education, and resources to help families navigate mental health challenges together. We offer family therapy, support groups, and educational workshops designed to strengthen family bonds and improve communication.
Our Future Projects
Paper Hearts aims to always have projects that address issues of communities and individuals that lack access to quality mental health services. Our future projects target a specific overlooked community, that is people from low income communities, children in conflict with the law, survivors of SGBV and young people.
Low Income Communities Support
Developing accessible mental health programs specifically designed for families and individuals in low-income areas, removing financial barriers to care.
Children in Conflict with the Law
Expanding our rehabilitation services to provide comprehensive mental health support for youth in the justice system.
SGBV Survivors Support Program
Creating specialized trauma-informed care and support groups for survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence.
Young People Empowerment Initiative
Building leadership and resilience programs that empower young people to become mental health advocates in their communities.
